Hi, I'm Colleen. Welcome to my site.
I am a small hobbyist reptile breeder currently living in Sheffield, where I am studying for an MSc in Zoology. I have a collection of snakes, lizards and now amphibians and although I have produced some stunning offspring from them, they are first and foremost my pets. My priority is that they are happy and healthy, and they are all kept in large naturalistic vivariums (not stacks of plastic tubs like many large scale breeders use!) This site aims to give a comprehensive guide based on practical experience of all aspects of care for these animals, and I will also be using it to sell offspring available and any reptiles surplus to my collection. 5/5/12: Phelsuma cepediana hatchling is out! Pictures on for sale page. Also, another leopard gecko girlie is out of the egg & available to reserve - more due in next week. 19 healthy corn snake eggs in the incubator due to hatch start of July.
15/4/12: First two leopard gecko girls from Freckles x Gizmo pairing are hatched out and feeding greedily. Available to reserve now, will be ready to go from start of May.
2/3/12: My collection now includes amphibians! A pair of poison dart frogs - Dendrobates tinctorius 'Patricia'
14/2/12: Valentine's day today - and love is certainly in the air with the heat being turned up for Spring and pairs of adult snakes being put together!
24/10/11: All of this year's offspring have now been sold! Breeding preparations for the next season are starting already. Expect to see brazilian rainbow boa, corn snake, royal python, day gecko and leopard gecko babies!
17/10/11: Today I parted with my female het pied royal, Kaa. Good luck to her in her new home.
15/9/11: All corn snake babies now sold or reserved.
3/9/11: 3 baby corn snakes from the 2nd clutch out, one tiny girl at only 2.9g!
18/8/11: Baby royal pythons hatched :) Will become availble soon
11/7/11: FOR SALE: Corn snake babies! All 22 corn snake babies hatched out and have now had 3 feeds and will be ready soon. See the For Sale page for pictures!
